Leaving the Bush

Leaving Tunt is bitter sweet. We're very excited to spend time with our family and super eager to see the rest of the beauty here in AK. And we'll miss the place and people we've called home for two years now. Here's our last batch of AK pictures. Some from our deck party on the last day of work, a funny bunch from the "cutting of the hair" and Cole counting his earnings from our yard sale. Riley's learning the word no as she sneaks to steal Nell's food and Cole shooting hoops with Dad in his room. We'll leave Tunt June 1 to spend 13 days in an RV seeing more of the last frontier. We start in Anchorage then drive south to Homer and the spit. Then, we'll drive back up to Seward to meet up with Dad, Gail, Naomi and Andy. We'll spend a few nights in Seward and then head on the ferry across Prince William Sound to Valdez. After some time in Valdez, we'll go our seperate ways as the family heads to Cantwell and Denali and we head north towards North Pole and Fairbanks then back down through Denali. We all leave Anchorage on June 13 to head back to the east coast. Sponteity... freedom....open roads and finally some alchohol! :) HAHAHAHA Can't wait to see everyone! Love the Grabs

Hello Friends and Family!!! We've had a very busy last month in the eskimo village of Tunt. First, Riley is pulling herself up onto

everything and is getting her 5th tooth while Cole is about to get his head shaved and lose his 4th tooth this year! We had a lot of chaotic fun at Family Game Night in the gym. Then, we had prom and graduation for our one graduate, Andrea Joseph. Here are some pics of my friends, other teachers, and my students, past and present. Finally, there's a picture of the $160 SLAB of meat/ribs nearly as big as Dave and a cool picture of me holding the sun on my head! On the homefront, Gary and Nicci plan to name their baby girl, coming in August, Jaden. Mom and Chuck set the wedding date for Nov. 27. And, Tyler turned 16 years old!!!! Can't wait to see everyone on the east coast next month!!!!! Love to all. ~Angie
